Refund and Cancellation Policy
Debit & Credit payments
Geridoc Limited accept payments via supported cards on Stripe payment platform, Debit and Credit card payments are accepted by Geridoc Limited for the following transactions:
- Payments made by clients in advance of Geridoc Limited delivering services to them, and
- Payments made by clients for services delivered by Geridoc Limited and received by the client.
Payments made by Clients for services
The client agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee of Geridoc Limited. The payment will be deducted on a monthly basis from the start date of the subscription using the card registered on Stripe at the start of the subscription. Geridoc Limited will issue a receipt upon payment.
Geridoc Limited does not store any credit or debit card details and all transactions are processed by Stripe, a secure payment system.
Cancellation of services
If a private client wishes to cancel or amend any subscription booked with Geridoc Limited, the Client must provide Geridoc Limited with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ notice via email or telephone. If the client fails to give such notice Geridoc Limited reserves the right to charge the full fee payable for the next subscription period.
Refund of payments made for services
Payments made in advance by the client for which services are not then delivered or not delivered in full:
Where a payment has been made in advance of the subscription commencing and the service has not then commenced or the full subscribed month that were paid for has not started, a refund should be requested in writing by email to Geridoc Limited. A refund will be processed within 5 working days of the refund request being made.
